All orders are processed within 1 working day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed after 4:00 pm will be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Options

We offer the following delivery methods:

• Express Delivery — Next working day (£6.99)

• Free Delivery — Available on orders over £60

3. UK Coverage

We deliver to England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

5. Missed Deliveries

If delivery is missed, the courier will leave instructions for rearranging delivery or collecting the parcel.

Delivery times may be longer during public holidays.
